MARTA PEIRÓ ENDS HER CAREER

Having already taken a break of a few months after discovering this health problem, Marta returned to the pitch last May to offer the Fontenette an emotional return by scoring twice in the space of a few minutes against Aarau in the quarterfinals of the playoffs.

Since the recovery, Marta has lived to the rhythm of pain and treatment changes that have not had the expected effects. Despite an unfailing self-sacrifice and resilience, this daily pain becomes too difficult for our attacker who preferred to say stop.

The whole club reiterates its unwavering support for Marta Peiró and would like to thank her for her immense professionalism throughout these years!
